Hey guys!
This week was good. we knocked a ton of doors this week because the teaching pool is pretty small, but hey I'm excited to see the fruit of my labors hopefully.
Thank you guys with all the support he have been giving me these 11 months so far. I'm excited for this next chapter for sure. My comps are a lot of fun. Elder Perry and Elder Balmforth are both from Idaho actually. Elder Balmforth is from Shelly and Elder Perry is from Eagle. They are both very funny guys and they both love sports. Elder Perry is a mountain biker and Elder Balmsforth is a wrestler.
Anyway this week should be fun and I'm excited to do the Lord’s work.
Oh trust me there are a lot of characters I’ve met. For you guys I'll name off a few.
Michael- can barely understand him but he has a huge testimony of The Book of Mormon. He also loves the missionaries like... a lot! But he is super kind and funny to listen to. (He also doesn't have any teeth he he).
Donette- is a real country woman, I'll tell you! When we met her she threw a guy out of her house. She has a lot of stories and experiences. She loves the Elders and treats us like her boys. She also smokes like a chimney. She has a wonderful testimony of Jesus Christ and His atonement and she loves the Book of Mormon.
Brother Morrison- He is such an awesome fellowshipper and friend of the missionaries in the new Martinsville area. He has two dogs Clifford and “I'm a dog” (yes that's her real name). He has a lot of cool things to look at and mess with like his VR head gear and his record player. He also has a lot of records of music. He has a limo and a really cool jeep as well. I swear he reminds me of a younger Grandpa Toma lol.
Oh and I cant forget Jeremy. His wife is a member and he should be getting baptized this October. He is a huge hunter and has a lot of stuffed heads and a lot of Deer/Elk meat. He loves the missionaries and wants to take me hunting after my mission, so that pretty neat.
And last but not least Chantel and her mom and 6 kids they are just a bundle of personality.
