August 21, 2022 New area, new companion, new experiences!

Hey everyone!

Hope ya’ll had a wonderful week.  Mine was pretty crazy.

So I landed in Hazard Kentucky which is appropriately named considering all the flooding and disaster over here.

But it's really good the branch is great, and they just have so much love for the people here and for God. We did a lot of service this week which is so awesome I'm excited to be doing this for probably the majority of the time that I will be here.

I definitely think that's why God called me here was so I can just help and work hard for these wonderful souls in Kentucky.

On a more crazy note, we have 4 Elders living in this apartment and it is just absolutely crazy and awesome at the same time.  Their names are Elder Moore (my comp), Elder Frost and Elder Macdonald. They are super great guys, and we are just having lot of fun. We also have zone conference this Wednesday which is super early but I'm not complaining.

I am sad to say goodbye to Christiansburg though. I made a lot of good friends and family as well and I'm really grateful for the lessons they and the Lord havetaught me the 3 transfers I was there.  Anyway, it’s getting kind of late over here so I should probably hop off but I'll make sure to tell ya’ll about the crazy stuff that will happen around here soon.

Love ya’ll and stay safe

I transferred to Hazard, Kentucky.  Probably my last area!  More information to come.  Enjoy some pictures. We've been doing a lot of service helping with flood area.

August 1, 2022 Introducing my companion

Hey everybody!

Hope ya’lls week has been great, mine has been awesome we got to meet with some great investigators and have some amazing lessons with them. We also had our district-p today which was a lot of fun.

Also, I realized i didn't introduce my new companion at all my bad sorry about that.  His name is Elder Thornock for Idaho he has been serving for 10 months now and he has an awesome testimony and work ethic already he just works as hard as he can for the Lord, and he's been a huge help for me as well in that regard. I'm excited to see what happens thus next week though we have a lot of lessons planned and member to meet with.

We are focusing a lot on teaching the lesson to members to keep it fresh in our head at all times so this should be fun! Wish me luck and I hope ya’ll have a great week!

Love ya’ll- Elder Toma
