November 30, 2020 Thanksgiving in Galax, VA

Dear family,

It's been a pretty good week.  We did exchanges, which was awesome because I was able to teach one of the Wytheville investigators.  It went pretty well but I feel bad because the Galax investigator kinda canceled on them, but other then that the week was pretty good.

The Wytheville Elders came to our apartment for Thanksgiving dinner.  We all contributed to a Thanksgiving dinner and celebrated in style.  I video chatted with mom and dad and Aunt Liz, Uncle Matt and the girls were at my home so I talked to them a well.

Today I bought a rice cooker at Walmart.  Some things you just have to have!  My companion and I also got two beta fish and named them Nemo and Marlin.  

We have been working on media referrals and have some lessons lined up over the next few days.
